Why I Built This:
Why I built This System?
For years, I juggled work, family, and a social life, all while chasing that deep drive to train and perform like an athlete, even though I wasn’t one by profession.
I went from grinding out 40–60 hours a week on the gym floor, to leaving a corporate job, to building a business focussed on helping everyday people perform at their best, in life and in competition.
I’ve trained for everything from 5Ks to full Ironman triathlons. And I’ve made every mistake in the book; overtraining, under-fuelling, racing unprepared.
This 5K plan is built on all of that experience. It’s the system I wish I had when I was trying to run faster with limited time and zero guidance.
It’s designed to help you train with purpose, avoid burnout, and show up on race day or your local park-run ready to perform, not just complete the distance.
